Administer and optimize the Highspot sales and partner enablement platform, including content uploads, metadata, tagging, feedback review, organization, announcements, governance, and hygiene. Collaborate with enablement, marketing, sales operations, and content teams to improve processes, maintain current content, support platform adoption, and ensure consistent seller and partner experiences.

Coordinates purchasing for new club openings, facilities, maintenance, equipment parts, and ongoing operations. Creates and tracks purchase orders, monitors supplier deliveries, resolves fulfillment and invoice discrepancies, reconciles documentation, and supports supplier onboarding. Partners with Procurement, Facilities, Construction, Operations, Finance, Accounts Payable, and club teams. Maintains purchasing records across multiple systems, assists with reporting, and identifies process improvements.
