Consulting Systems Engineer responsible for pre-sales solution engineering: gather technical requirements, develop SOWs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, create BOMs, lead workshops/demos/POCs, and design tailored solutions across networking, cybersecurity, virtualization/cloud and cross-domain technologies while supporting DoW customers and mentoring team members.

Lead Unreal Engine console ports, optimize performance and rendering, debug GPU issues, build tools and best practices, mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-discipline teams to meet certification and launch targets.

Process member enrollments, changes, reinstatements, terminations, renewals, and premium billing. Respond to calls and emails, generate membership documents, support employer groups/vendors/brokers and internal teams, and maintain quality, confidentiality, and divisional production standards.

Lead day-to-day marketing for an enterprise AI consulting firm: own demand generation and ABM, run end-to-end campaigns, build thought leadership and executive branding, manage web/PR/events and a lean AI-native martech stack, enable sales with customer advocacy, lead the marketing team and budget, and measure marketing impact on pipeline and revenue. Occasional travel (~10%).
