Build and operate Alpaca’s liquidity risk infrastructure, including daily and intraday liquidity reporting, data pipelines, monitoring, alerting, controls, and stress testing. Lead and accelerate Quavo’s leadership and talent development programs, including the Quavo Mastery Program. Decide when to build or purchase learning content, improve onboarding and leadership readiness, create flexible learning modules, build AI fluency while preserving critical thinking, manage a part-time enablement architect, and partner with go-to-market teams on consistent internal and external representation.

Conduct consultative full-cycle sales for home service professionals, from initial engagement and demos through closing and account management. Build trusted customer relationships, understand business challenges, increase product adoption and account revenue, maintain daily call and demo metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally. The role requires strong communication, presentation, customer service, problem-solving, CRM, and product-selling skills, with a focus on empathetic, results-driven customer engagement.

Conducts enterprise cyber risk assessments across networking, cloud, endpoints, identity, software, vendors, and AI development.
