Manage vehicle repossession, recovery, and remarketing; perform skip-tracing; generate legal notices; manage titles, invoices, and auction floor pricing; negotiate with members, agencies, and auctions to minimize losses and recommend account placements.

Lead systems engineering, design, and integration for LRT, commuter, and heavy rail projects. Design and lead enterprise application delivery and DevOps architecture. Develop CI/CD, cloud/PaaS, containerization, resiliency, monitoring, and integration solutions. Translate enterprise architecture into logical designs, mentor teams, and ensure delivered solutions meet functional, performance, and operational requirements.

Drive new business and manage relationships with enterprise customers. Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close, meet revenue targets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and account expansion.

Lead multi-state payroll operations including end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, reporting, team supervision, payroll system migrations, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.
