Provide first-line L1 support via email/ticketing: log incidents, diagnose and resolve basic issues, escalate to L2/L3 with documentation, assist with hardware/software setup, monitor system alerts, and maintain SLA and security compliance while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Own post-sales partner engagement for the CSP Control Center: onboard and enable partners, drive adoption and renewals, troubleshoot integrations, analyze partner data with SQL, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve partner outcomes and retention.

Own and grow a portfolio of CloudLabs customers, drive renewals and expansions, run MBRs/QBRs, create account plans and forecasts, act as trusted advisor on lab strategy and cost optimization, and coordinate with delivery and support to ensure customer outcomes.
