Develop, enhance, troubleshoot, test, implement, and support complex digital commerce applications for PLCB, serving as a technical SME for Oracle Commerce Cloud and related Oracle systems. Responsibilities include Java and web development, Oracle Integration Cloud configuration, production support, code reviews, environment management, integrations, performance improvements, documentation, change management, testing, and PCI-compliant application delivery.

Work with S32 portfolio companies to embed security across the software development and deployment lifecycle. Influence technical direction, implement DevSecOps practices, secure CI/CD and infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve security posture and processes.

Provide technical leadership to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise customer-data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and related cloud, API, and streaming technologies. Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, perform root cause analysis, and document solutions across front-end, back-end, and data layers.

Design, build, and maintain Next.js storefront features integrated with Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Implement GraphQL/REST services, optimize performance and SEO, write TypeScript/JavaScript code, participate in CI/CD, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers.

Develop and revise insurance policy forms and endorsements, ensure regulatory compliance, research competitor forms, support filings and implementations, lead form-related projects, train and mentor team members, and provide underwriting and regulatory support.

Build polished, maintainable React-based front-end product experiences; evolve front-end architecture and component patterns; translate ambiguous product ideas into executable plans; collaborate with product and design; prioritize UX quality, testing, and pragmatic tradeoffs; mentor and raise team effectiveness at the Staff level.

Own the LATAM territory by prospecting, closing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities. Build executive relationships with IT and security leaders, lead consultative discovery and product demonstrations, maintain accurate forecasts, and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Customer Success, channel partners, and internal teams throughout the sales lifecycle.

Own post-sale relationships for Transparency clients: onboard brands, manage migrations and product rollouts, keep churn low, surface expansion opportunities, report account health weekly, automate repetitive work, and help hire and lead future CSMs.

Drive revenue by managing and growing enterprise accounts, build executive relationships, identify opportunities, negotiate and close large deals, and meet sales targets and quotas.

Sell consultative B2B custom software and professional services through full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, solution shaping, negotiation, and close. Engage technical stakeholders on software development and AI, collaborate with delivery/engineering, refine messaging with marketing, and represent the company at regional networking events.
