Serves as a client-facing technical advisor during enterprise payment sales cycles. Own the agency’s creative output across visual identity, campaign and web design, brand strategy, copywriting, video, and motion. Manage FP&A services for Ukrainian startup customers, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, financial modeling, cash-gap prevention, cost optimization, and strategic recommendations. Build financial systems with R&D teams, analyze business metrics and multiple data sources, review accounting outputs, and communicate directly with founders and CFOs. Lead project priorities, deadlines, quality, workloads, and team organization.
