Develop link budgets, collaborate with foundries using PDKs, perform DFM/DFT, run optical simulations, characterize devices in lab, integrate with electro-mechanical and software teams, lead design reviews, support IP and patent filings, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through stabilization. Manage project plans, schedules, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Serve as primary customer contact, run governance and reporting, drive adoption, and capture continuous improvement.

Provide advisory and implementation services for Oracle HCM: full life-cycle implementations, requirements and system design documentation, configuration, testing, training, post-production support, and client process transformation. Deliver complex, time-sensitive projects and meet utilization targets while traveling up to 40%.

Serve as a post-sales technical advisor: lead discovery and architecture workshops, design secure scalable IDP architectures, produce solution designs and integration patterns, validate customer environments, deliver enablement and executive briefings, document playbooks, and mentor customer teams to drive adoption.
