Work with banks and large tech partners to design, implement, and scale integrations to Wise Platform. Provide technical consulting, define requirements, support pre/post-sales, contribute to API/feature design, improve SDKs/docs, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive partner success and product enhancements.

The Corporate Communications Lead will enhance Wise's US reputation through strategic content development, media engagement, crisis management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead and scale a North America Account Management function for Wise Platform: build team, define AM strategy and KPIs, own P&L, drive upsell/cross-sell, resolve commercial and technical blockers, collaborate with product/engineering/legal/compliance, and directly engage with strategic partners.

Own and advance Wise Platform pricing for North America: build commercial models, manage repricing, enforce pricing controls, and support sales negotiations. Partner with GM, sales, finance, product and operations to ensure unit economics are accurate and reflected in pricing models, onboarding partners and launching products sustainably.

The role involves managing banking partnerships, expanding payment infrastructure, leading projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations in North America.
