Provide technical support to strategic enterprise customers, troubleshooting networking and system issues, performing health checks, validating upgrades in lab environments, escalating to engineering, and delivering proactive recommendations. Manage enterprise customer relationships, perform packet capture analysis, set up test environments, and provide rotating after-hours support.

Design, build, operate, and scale Go backend services powering core APIs and data access. Own reliability, performance, observability, asynchronous processing, distributed-system resilience, and database performance. Support production systems through on-call, debugging, testing, and code reviews; develop shared packages, mentor engineers, and contribute to AI-assisted development practices.

Sources and engages women’s health clinicians, including CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, and PAs. Conducts structured initial screens, evaluates licensure and availability, maintains accurate ATS records, manages warm candidate pipelines, tracks outreach conversions, prepares recruiter handoff summaries, and supports physician sourcing strategy.

Own go-to-market strategy and execution for SonicWall’s EDR, threat protection, and other product lines. Develop positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, thought leadership, demand-generation content, and competitive intelligence. Lead technology alliance partner marketing, joint go-to-market plans, and performance measurement. Translate complex cybersecurity capabilities into compelling business value while partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, channel, and alliance teams.

Lead end-to-end, multi-state enterprise implementations across 10 workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and escalations. Post-launch, act as primary partner relationship owner to monitor KPIs, run quarterly business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and develop scalable implementation playbooks.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable, invoicing, payment follow-up, account reconciliation, QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, expense support, financial reporting, and process improvement. Provide office, asset management, basic legal, and HR operations support while partnering with leadership and external providers. The role requires accurate, audit-ready financial records and may expand into a full-time finance and operations position.

Provide frontline technical support by managing customer tickets, troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, escalating when needed, and communicating clearly. Become an expert in Guidebook’s Builder CMS and product suite, advocate for customers, identify experience trends, improve documentation, and optimize AI support tooling. The role includes assigned weekend coverage, cross-functional collaboration, and consultative customer success support for higher education clients.
